WELCOME

Formerly a health resort that was converted into an old champagne cellar in the early 19th century, this historic building was first leased by Stefan Hajszan in December of 2006. Following  a massive renovation, this site was reopened in late May of 2007 to function as both a winery and an exquisite restaurant.
 
THE RESTAURANT
The comfortable and elegant atmosphere of the restaurant invites guests to relax and enjoy both international and traditional Viennese specilties of tremendous quality, while having the ability to view both our barrique cellar and kitchen from the dining area.
Along with dinner and lunch we offer wine tasting consisting of both our own biodynamic wines, as well as wines from other distinguished Austrian vineyards. To compliment this, we also offer our guests to spoil themselves with a variety of classic Austrian snacks.
